Role:
This position is for Titan Flatbed Services, a sister company of RangeWay Carriers. Titan is seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends inside sales and freight brokerage responsibilities — making it perfect for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, closing deals, and finding the right carriers to get the job done. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by generating business, managing accounts, and brokering freight within our flatbed transportation network.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Handle the full inside sales cycle — from prospecting and quoting to booking and follow-up Source and secure capacity by brokering loads through trusted carrier partners Work closely with operations to ensure smooth, on-time pickups and deliveries Identify customer needs and provide tailored flatbed freight solutions Track leads, opportunities, and customer activity using CRM and/or TMS systems (McLeod Software) Stay current with industry trends, rates, and market conditions
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in inside sales, freight brokerage, or logistics preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both phone and email) Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Experience with CRM or transportation management systems is a plus
