Experience, Skills, Abilities:
Direct sales or relevant experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude Basic computer proficiency Multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled At least 18 years of age. Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency Responsibilities Assist customers in finding products and provide information on pricing and promotions. Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and merchandising products. Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively. Demonstrate products to customers and upsell additional items when appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
