Job Description :

Ballard Concrete is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Cottondale, AL. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service for our ready-mix concrete products.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide onsite visits to new and existing clients. Abilities to organize and communicate findings. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue in immediate and surrounding communities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions. Prospect upcoming jobs through area contractors.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to use Outlook Calander and email applications. Ability to use Excel and word document. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment. Strong understanding of retail math and ability to analyze sales performance data. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the company.
