As a Flooring Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the selection and purchase of flooring products. You will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend flooring solutions that best fit their lifestyle and budget. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Welcome customers into the showroom, assess their needs, and provide expert advice on flooring options (carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.).
Sales:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals by closing deals, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest flooring trends, technologies, and product lines to recommend the best solutions for clients.
Quote Preparation:
Provide accurate quotes and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Relationship Building:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience from sales to installation.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications.
Commission Structure:
Earn commission on every sale, with potential to significantly increase earnings based on performance.

Ideal Candidate:
