Outside Sales Representative Wiggs-Haun&Bohan Little Rock, AR 72002 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and representing our products and services in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently while achieving targets. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement. Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
