Full Job Description Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing new parking enforcement contracts with property owners and managers. This is a 100% commission-based role — you’ll earn $350 for every contract you successfully sign and activate . You set your own schedule, work independently, and build relationships that grow our presence and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (property managers, business owners, HOA boards, etc.) Educate prospects on the benefits of our parking enforcement and booting services Schedule and attend meetings to present service agreements Follow up and close deals to bring properties under contract Build long-term client relationships for future opportunities and referrals

Requirements:
