What You’ll Do:

• DriveSales Growth:

  Implement effective sales strategies to expand ourbusiness with new and existing customers.

• Deliver Top-NotchService:

  Provide essential services at customer facilities,including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using ourstate-of-the-art equipment.

• Ensure Safety and Efficiency:

  Adhereto all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, andalign work orders to minimize travel time.

• CultivateRelationships:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships withcustomers, pursue additional services, and generate new businessopportunities.

Achieve Goals:

Meet sales quotas and contribute tooverall revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• StrongCommunicator:

  Excellent communication skills with a keen attentionto detail.

• Customer-Focused:

  Ability to engage effectively withcustomers and colleagues.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Proficient in operatingvarious equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.

• Experienced:

  Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Certified:

High School diploma or equivalent, with a Class B CDL,Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.

PhysicalRequirements:

• Lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly.
• Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding400lbs.
• Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Work Environment:

• Diverse work settings with varying noiselevels.
• Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting,and climbing.
