Currently, King of Freight isin search of Inside Sales Representatives to elevate our B2B(business-to-business) sales efforts. This role requiresproficiency in outbound calling, fostering customer connections,and adeptness with our customer CRM (customer relationshipmanagement) software. Our ideal candidate boasts a proven historyof closing deals within a similar industry, coupled with stellarnegotiation and communication skills. While experience in abusiness-related field is preferred, we’re open to candidates withother types of sales experience. Experience in car sales, phonesales, and cold calling would be highly advantageous.
Work Hours:
Full-time in-office position. No hybrid or remote positions areavailable at this time. Monday to Friday, 7:30 am
- 4:30 pm, with a1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
Compensation:
Starting at $17.50/hour (draw) plus 50% commissionfor the initial two months. Afterward, the draw reduces to$12.50/hour with 50% commission.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue leadsprovided to you to expand your customer base
- Employ negotiationprowess to seal deals
- Engage with existing clients to addresstheir requirements
- Utilize CRM tools to enhance customerretention
Necessary Skills:
- Proficiency in multitasking andthriving in fast-paced environments
- Typing speed of 40 words perminute
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems includingOutlook email
- Superior customer service and cold
- callingabilities
