Job Description As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools). Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel as required.

Work Environment:

This role may require travel to meet clients and attend events. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to sales.
