Acquisition Sales Representative Z&M Luxury Investments 11 High Street, Suffield, CT 06078 Z&M Homes We are a full service Real Estate company that fix and flip properties, wholesale properties, and currently own many rental properties.. We are looking for Entry Level rockstars looking to jumpstart their career in Real Estate The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, have a shark mentality and able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time. Salary Plus Commission! Must be able to come into the office 4-5 times a week. Majority of the position will be in house talking in the phone. Responsibilities Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller’s property to sell through our program Be able to evaluate homes Attend walk throughs Successfully overcome objections This is a sales position and sales experience is required All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales agent Compensation $60,000+ willing to train the right candidate to a full time Real Estate Career. All leads are inbound and ready to be closed. No License required. Will pay for the right person to get their Real Estate License.
