Position Overview We’re looking for a full-time, field-based Restoration Sales Representative to help expand our reach across Hartford County. You’ll build relationships, follow up on leads, and turn property damage into restoration projects. This is a W-2 employee role with base pay and uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunities. What You’ll Do Identify and grow relationships with professionals and property owners Generate and follow up on restoration opportunities Guide customers through the service process with empathy and professionalism Represent RestoPros as a reliable and responsive service partner in the community Ideal Candidate Proven self-starter with a track record in sales or customer-facing roles Excellent communicator and relationship-builder Motivated by performance-based compensation Organized and able to manage time independently Experience in construction, real estate, or restoration a plus Already have local relationships?
