Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key resource for customers—offering technical support, product recommendations, and dependable service in areas such as power transmission, HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Provide technical support and product expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Power Transmission:

Belts, chains, gears, bearings, and related components

HVAC/R:

Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

Plumbing:

Pumps, pipe fittings, valves, and fixtures

Electrical:

Wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and lighting Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Track product availability and ensure timely fulfillment Support the outside sales team with quotes, customer follow-up, and technical guidance Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more technical areas listed above Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset Prior inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial or technical environment is a plus
