We’re growing and looking to bring on a friendly, entry-level team member who’s ready to learn and build a career in sales. No auto sales experience needed —we provide full training.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and online Learn our vehicle inventory and help match customers to the right car Use our systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication Support customers throughout the buying process Keep the showroom and lot clean and professional Be a team player and contribute to our positive work environment
Qualifications:
Entry-level – no sales experience required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Good with technology (CRM, Google tools, texting, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time – must be available on Saturdays Base pay plus commission Paid training and ongoing support Room for growth within the dealership How to
