Outside Sales Representative Duo-Fast Northeast East Hartford, CT Job Details Full-time $68,000 – $80,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Profit sharing Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Sales Mid-level Driver’s License 2 years Full Job Description Duo-Fast Northeast, a distributor in business since 1949, covering New England, is seeking a motivated and personable Outside Sales Representative to grow, maintain and expand our base of industrial accounts and lumber yards across parts of Connecticut including New Haven County, Eastern Hartford County, Tolland County Middlesex County and Windham County. We are distributors of pneumatic and battery powered tools and fasteners including Metabo-HPT (formerly Hitachi), MAX, Everwin, Bostitch, and many other top-tier tool and fastener brands. Additionally we sell abrasives from Norton and 3M as well as adhesives and tapes from several sources. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and capable of quickly building strong customer relationships. Previous sales experience is preferred. A strong desire to succeed can offset a lack of direct industry experience. This is a road-based position requiring a reliable vehicle, travel to manage existing customer accounts and to generate significant new business. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is mechanically inclined, and preferably has an interest in woodworking.
