Sales Coordinator Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/East Hartford 351 Pitkin Street, East Hartford, CT 06108 Job Overview Are you an organized, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Hotel Sales Coordinator to help drive group bookings, corporate accounts, and event sales at our property! Responsibilities Assist the Director of Sales in managing group and corporate bookings Coordinate site tours, client meetings, and follow-ups Prepare contracts, proposals, and event documentation Maintain accurate client records and booking details in sales systems Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of guest stays and events Support the Director of Sales in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences Experience Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, or events preferred Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Pep, Delphi, or similar) is a plus Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment Professional appearance and customer service mindset If you are passionate about driving sales success and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Sales Coordinator.
