Overview:
We’re searching for someone who thrives on winning newbusiness to join our team as a Sales Representative. The idealcandidate will have 3 years of prior sales experience and excel ina fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will identifypotential customer leads, cold call, gain appointments, and executea sales funnel process through to close. Hartford, CT Responsibilities:
Represent PeopleReady in assignedterritory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffingneeds Engage with local branch teams to ensure that our customers’orders are filled with the talent they need Assist local BranchManagers with penetration and retention selling for existingcustomers Close orders and ensure proper documentation is completeEnsure sales growth through aggressive market strategies andaccount development. Hit sales targets in both revenue andprofitability Ensure all channels of communication are leveraged todrive seamless results and to build strong relationships – bothinternally and externally Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP)as a selling methodology Perform additional responsibilities asrequired
Qualifications:
3 years related sales experience;Bachelor’s, associate degree; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Managed a sales portfolio of at least$2.5M per annum Sales experience in one or more blue-collarvertical markets Functional knowledge of Federal and State HumanResources regulations Strong communication skills and the gift ofpersuasion Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPointBilingual language skills a plus Valid driver’s license Possessadditional qualifications as needed
Salary Range:
$46,097 – $64,507annually, depending on experience and geographic location pluseligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. Please notethat actual compensation offered may vary based on local payrequirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wageor salary thresholds.

Physicaland Work Requirements:
Employee is frequently required to stand,walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employeemust regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently liftand/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
Extensive local travel required within the territory. Validdriver’s license and good safety record required for driving tolocations. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
