As an Event Sales Representative, you will play a key role ingenerating leads, securing sales, and cultivating strongrelationships with event attendees, ensuring that every interactionreflects our commitment to excellence. KeyResponsibilities for the
Event Sales Representative:
Plan andexecute sales events in Newington, including setup, logistics, andmaintaining an engaging environment. Engage event attendees,understand their needs, build rapport, and promote FrontierCommunications retail products and services. Present anddemonstrate products at events to drive interest, answer questions,resolve concerns, and finalize sales, consistently achieving orsurpassing targets. Possess thorough knowledge of FrontierCommunications’ products, pricing, promotions, and competitors toaccurately inform customers and customize solutions. Capture andqualify event leads, follow up to nurture relationships, provideinformation, and convert leads to sales using CRM and sales tools.
Works with sales, marketing, and operations to align eventstrategies with business goals, manage logistics, and executepromotions. Track and analyze event sales, customer feedback, andlead metrics to assess event effectiveness, identify improvements,and report to management.
