This is a relationship-focused, with strong field and operations support.

What You’ll Do:
Prospect new business accounts through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners Walk commercial roofs to assess service needs (flat/low-slope roofs) Provide estimates and proposals with support from internal team Close deals and manage ongoing client communication
What You Bring:
2+ years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to cold call and meet with decision-makers Comfortable on rooftops (no physical work required) Familiarity with construction or building services is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills
