We’re looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to connect homeowners with TEC’s premium services—primarily roofing, and occasionally siding and gutters.

What You’ll Do:
Attend Pre-Set Appointments:

No cold calling—meet with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest.

Conduct In-Home Consultations:

Perform roof inspections and deliver tailored product presentations.

Present Solutions:

Use our digital tools to share customized packages, pricing, and financing options.

Close Sales:

Help homeowners invest in their property and earn top-tier commissions in the process. What you can

Expect Paid Training:

$500 per week for 5 weeks, designed to prepare you to succeed.

Sign-On Bonus:

$2,500 bonus paid out in addition to training pay plus additional monthly bonuses and fuel reimbursement

Pre-Qualified Leads:

You’ll work with scheduled appointments—no cold outreach.

Tech-Enabled Sales Tools:

Streamline your sales process with our customized software.

Who You Are:

A confident, motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision Driven by results and financial success Comfortable with in-home consultations and physical tasks (ladder climbing, attic/crawlspace inspection) Available for afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments Equipped with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Ability to perform physical tasks, including ladder climbing and small-space entry. Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.
