As an Internal Alternative Investment Sales Specialist , you’ll support and grow relationships with wealth advisors, bankers, and investment counselors – helping them understand and adopt hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and real asset strategies for high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with external sales partners and asset managers to drive capital raising and ensure an outstanding advisor experience. What you’ll do: Act as the main point of contact for advisors, bankers, and partners regarding alternative investments. Drive sales of hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and real assets – working closely with external sales teams. Promote the benefits of alternative strategies and increase adoption across the wealth platform. Support fund launches, coordinate roadshows, client events, and follow up with prospects. Collaborate with asset managers to raise capital and expand distribution. Keep CRM updated with accurate activity, advisor profiles, and pipeline details. Travel within your territory to meet clients and attend industry events. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in alternative investments in a client-facing sales/support role. Strong product knowledge in hedge funds, private equity, credit, and real assets. Proven sales track record in a fast-paced environment. CFA or CAIA preferred (or willingness to complete CAIA within 3 years). Series 7 & 63 required. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
