About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Client Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing the value of our cloud-based platform. This multifaceted role involves onboarding, training, troubleshooting, support, and contributing to product development. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and provide day-to-day support Conduct live training sessions and develop self-help resources Troubleshoot platform, reporting, and reconciliation issues Manage support cases and lead specialty client projects Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues and enhance the product Provide guidance to align the platform with client requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field Understanding of basic accounting principles or accounting software Experience in customer service, project management, or operations is a plus Proficiency with Excel and data analysis Strong problem-solving and communication skills Spanish fluency is a bonus but not required Perks Collaborative and casual work environment 100% paid medical + fully funded HSA and dental coverage 401(K) with 4% company match Easy access via Metro North
