With our most recent partnership with AT&T, we are now hiring ambitious, motivated, and professional AT&T Sales Representatives to join our team in managing and expanding AT&T’s customer base across Connecticut and New York. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in the rollout of AT&T’s latest wireless and 5G solutions. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new customers — educating them on AT&T’s offerings, guiding them through product options, and delivering a personalized sales experience. Our team-based environment ensures you’ll have continuous support through hands-on training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
Represent AT&T’s latest products and wireless services through direct promotion to consumers Engage with prospective customers to assess their needs and present tailored wireless, 5G, and internet solutions Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge while managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to account setup Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service issues using our internal CRM system Strategically manage your assigned territory by tracking performance, identifying sales opportunities, and executing outreach strategies Collaborate with a Client Account Manager and training team to ensure continued development, support, and goal alignment Regularly communicate customer feedback, service trends, and insights with team leads to improve the sales campaign effectiveness Contribute to a high-performing, energetic team culture by sharing successful sales techniques and supporting teammates Submit daily sales results and progress reports to the executive team to help measure performance and team goals
