A Service BDC is responsible for creating service appointments/opportunities for our dealership.

The right candidate will be a team player with a “can-do” attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments Convenient Scheduling of all service reservations Telephone-based outboard service contacts Provide customers with appointment information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource Follow up with appointments and no-shows Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management Utilize CRM appointment system daily Qualifications At least one previous role based in customer service experience Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills Valid driver’s license At Keeler Motor Car Company, our success is defined by our employees.
