Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers Build rapport and present HVAC options that best meet their needs Secure payment and ensure a smooth handoff to installation teams Represent Central Air with professionalism, empathy, and technical know-how What You Bring to the
Table:
2+ years of HVAC or trade sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong time management skills A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and access rooftops Residential load calculation experience a plus Familiarity with Bryant and Carrier equipment a plus Ready to take the next step in your HVAC sales career?
