The Role The Sales Support Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of client orders, partnering with Regional Managers, wholesale partners, sales teams, and clients to manage multiple interior design projects from pre-order through delivery. This role ensures timely product delivery and upholds the luxury service standards of our brand. Responsibilities may also include operational tasks such as processing refunds. This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 2/3 days per week or as dictated by business. Responsibilities Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners, external clients, and wholesale partners. Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Manage and track all order reporting data. Support the wholesale partners and their sales teams in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments. Partner with Wholesale Managers, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client’s satisfaction. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements 2+ years administrative or project management experience. Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Plus generous bonus opportunity
