$60,000

• $80,000 per year A bit about us: Anestablished and growing 3PL company is looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Representative to join their team. The idealcandidate will have 5 years of logistics sales and accountmanagement experience
• ideally with some exposure to reefers. Youwill be given an established book of business with large food andbeverage clients and will also be expected to sell and bring in newbusiness. Why join us? Remote (for the first 30-90 days you willneed to be in the office 1 day a week for training and after that1x a month in the office) Given a book of business High earningpotential
• Over 40% of the team earns $100K, and most reps aremaking $150K
• 300K within a few years.

Find and build relationships with potentialcustomers who need help moving freight Create new salesopportunities by making calls, sending emails, networking, andfollowing up Learn how each customer’s business works so you canoffer the best shipping solutions Put together pricing and bidsquickly and accurately based on what the market looks like Keepstrong relationships with current clients and help them grow Workclosely with the operations and account teams to make sure everyshipment goes smoothly

Requirements:

High School Diploma RequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 5-yearlogistics sales experience Ability to travel up to 30% Ability tocreate and maintain strong relationships with customers throughemail, face-to-face, and telephone communication Negotiation skillswith ability to motivate and persuade decision makers Ability tofacilitate high level onsite customer meetings Interested inhearing more?
