You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Compensation:
$60,000 – $100,000
Annually Responsibilities:
Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls on the main brokerage phone line, delivering a warm, professional experience and appropriately routing inquiries.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up :
Reach out to potential buyers and sellers via phone, email, and other communication channels to build the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
Data Management :
Keep client information up-to-date in our CRM to ensure agents have access to accurate, current data.
Performance Tracking :
Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics to ensure sales goals are being met.
Lead Qualification :
Qualify incoming leads and set appointments with realtors and field agents to ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction.
Business Development :
Explore new opportunities within designated geographies to expand the client base.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
Superb Interpersonal Skills :
Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience :
– 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or a high-volume phone-based role. Candidates must be located in Gainesville, FL, or willing to relocate.
