What You’ll Do:
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Sales
  • Input and manage leads, group blocks, and client data with accuracy
  • Create contracts, proposals, and client correspondence
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly—often the first point of contact
  • Assist in tracking goals, sales production, and account activity
  • Coordinate site tours and pre-arrival planning to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Keep files organized, sales materials stocked, and calendars aligned
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Be a brand ambassador for service excellence and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and follow-through
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and sees tasks through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, SalesPro, MeetingBroker, or similar) highly preferred
  • Hospitality experience is a plus but not required—attitude and execution matter most
