Summary We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Elevate Funding. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of empowering small businesses with accessible funding. Responsibilities Handle inbound sales calls and emails with new and existing clients Actively initiate cold/warm calls to paid-in-full merchants to determine potential opportunities Actively work existing assigned renewal book Establish a rapport over a long-term, multi-touch relationship with assigned clients while developing new accounts Manage the application process for organic submissions and returning clients Work closely with the Underwriting team to meet client needs and completion of closing documentation Monitor personal and company KPIs/sales goals and assist with the sales team to meet the goals Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas/goals Assist with additional duties of Sales as assigned Requirements High School Diploma At least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (non-retail) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) CRM Software Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task Thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong Customer Service/Interpersonal skills Excellent phone and communication skills with emphasis on written communication Strong level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic Ability to pass a background check Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Team and Project Management If you are passionate about supporting small businesses and want to be part of a vibrant team, we invite you to apply for the Sales Coordinator position at Elevate Funding today!
