What You’ll Do:

Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Sales Input and manage leads, group blocks, and client data with accuracy Create contracts, proposals, and client correspondence Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly—often the first point of contact Assist in tracking goals, sales production, and account activity Coordinate site tours and pre-arrival planning to ensure a seamless client experience Keep files organized, sales materials stocked, and calendars aligned Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure flawless execution Be a brand ambassador for service excellence and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills A high level of attention to detail and follow-through A self-starter who takes initiative and sees tasks through Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, SalesPro, MeetingBroker, or similar) highly preferred Hospitality experience is a plus but not required—attitude and execution matter most A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
