Employer Job Summary:

The AC Customer Service / Lead Generator is responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers for the purpose of scheduling maintenance appointments, commercial agreement appointments, and generating leads for HVAC services while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers to schedule and promote HVAC services and generate leads. Assist service department with customer retention. Schedule appointments for HVAC service consultations and follow up on leads. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and lead generation activities using a call log report. Stay updated on HVAC products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
