This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our staffing services to companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and delivering customized workforce solutions. Conduct on-site client meetings to assess work environments and build rapport with key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal recruiters and operations staff to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client staffing needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven sales experience required. Associate’s degree required. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for regular travel to client sites.
