Position:
Sales Consultant Job Description:
Sell new and used vehicles, meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies. Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems. Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager. Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business. Conduct business ethically and professionally, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and develop strategies to meet them.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of automotive products and services. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
