Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities across multiple service areas, including facility management, disaster response, environmental services, and commercial construction. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract execution. The ideal candidate has a track record in outside sales, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset for expanding market reach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to generate new business. Identify and pursue opportunities in targeted markets, expanding company presence. Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and actively manage sales activities to meet revenue goals. Provide regular updates on business development efforts and market trends. Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and proposal development. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Travel as needed to meet with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in restoration, emergency response, or facilities management. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience selling to multi-family, commercial, or property management markets is a plus. Knowledge of contract negotiation and sales processes. Excellent communication, organization, and strategic planning skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
