RBI is seeking a Business Development Field Rep to be responsible for the East Coast Florida territories; Jacksonville to Miami. The Business Development Field Rep (BDF) will be responsible for increasing sales in the defined territory, and innovating new ways to develop long lasting customer relationships in multiple sales channels. If you are high energy, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a winning culture, come join our team! BDF’s are results driven, organized, technically minded, and possess a strong desire to win. Knowledge and experience in the power equipment industries and tactical selling is a must. While an affection for the outdoors is a plus. The BDF is responsible for increasing sales with existing customers, developing new customers, and maintaining long-term B2B relationships. Target customers include, not limited to servicing dealers, hardware stores, and exporters.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

Responsible for assisting Leadership in meeting target sales and financial goals Successfully prepares for and supports company driven promotions to deliver the best experience possible for customers Assist with workshops and training events in a way that will ensure successful execution as directed by Leadership Clearly communicates with guests via phone and email to answer technical questions, research available products, and prepare orders Performs other related duties as assigned

Expected Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, from 8:00a – 5:00p Travel or driving: 75% travel with high potential 1-4 overnights a week based on customer needs Required Education and Experience to do the job: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred At least two years of related experience required Having a background in the OPE and lawn & garden industry is a major plus
