HVAC systems.
Experience:
1-3 years of sales experience,preferably in the home services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing and new customersto foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare anddeliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored toclient needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering tocompany pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Collaborate withinternal teams, including installation and customer service, toensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on existing sales bids and leads to maximizeopportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information in thecompany’s CRM system.
- Participate in training to stay updated onthe latest industry technologies and trends.
- Support team membersand contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
WhatWe’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience,preferably in the home services or HVAC industry.
- Strongcommunication and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated attitudewith a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build rapportquickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Familiaritywith CRM programs and technology training is a plus.
