HVAC systems.

Experience:

1-3 years of sales experience,preferably in the home services industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing and new customersto foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare anddeliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored toclient needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering tocompany pricing and profitability guidelines.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams, including installation and customer service, toensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on existing sales bids and leads to maximizeopportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in thecompany’s CRM system.
  • Participate in training to stay updated onthe latest industry technologies and trends.
  • Support team membersand contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
WhatWe’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience,preferably in the home services or HVAC industry.
  • Strongcommunication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-motivated attitudewith a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapportquickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiaritywith CRM programs and technology training is a plus.
