In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. Build rapport and establish trust with clients through effective communication. Utilize technical sales knowledge to explain product features and benefits. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with prospective customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Perform outbound calling as needed to follow up on leads generated from door-to-door efforts. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively. Previous experience in outbound calling or warm calling is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting sales targets. A positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges within the sales environment.
