Essential Job Functions:
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team Take measurements and document the area to prepare the installation team for an accurate and professional installation Create a thorough list of materials to ensure an efficient installation Maintain great communication with the parts team, installation coordinator, and installation crews Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing Become an expert in your market area, and know the customer’s needs Help set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansion
Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC. Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Eager and enthusiastic about SALES and selling home services. Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities. Take great pride in going the extra mile for our customers. Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.). MUST have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.
Experience/ Education:
At least one year of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance or repair High School Diploma or equivalent required
Compensation:
$80,000 – $2000,000 annually (Performance Based)
