In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your assigned territory. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be key to your success as you promote our products and services. Duties Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold knocking and networking. Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct territory management to ensure effective coverage and maximize sales potential. Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop business development strategies that align with company goals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand. Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales environment. Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. Proficiency in account management practices to maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated lead generation capabilities, with a focus on cold calling techniques. Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. A proactive approach to business development, with a passion for achieving results.
