Palm Care Pharmacy is a trusted, community-focused independent pharmacy located in Palm Bay, Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care, fast service, and genuine connections with our patients. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to expand our reach through direct outreach to prescribers, ALFs, nursing homes, and medical clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local medical offices, assisted living facilities (ALFs), and nursing homes to introduce Palm Care Pharmacy services. Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, nurse practitioners, administrators, and practice managers. Identify and secure new referral sources and business accounts. Educate healthcare providers on our prescription services, delivery options, and patient support programs. Track outreach efforts and submit weekly performance updates. Represent the pharmacy at local health fairs, networking events, and community programs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical outreach preferred (but not required). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement available). Ability to work independently and manage local travel throughout the week.
