Do you have a proven track record of high-volume sales , especially in patrol-based and multi-property accounts ? If so, we want to talk to you. We’re seeking a commission-only Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the private security market. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential —perfect for an independent, motivated sales expert who knows how to bring in business.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience selling contract security guard services (must-have) Strong network and knowledge of local/regional markets Track record of closing multi-property, patrol-based accounts Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance. Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales progress. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.
