This is a great opportunity to work with a company that specializes in countertops, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and full interior remodels . Job Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored recommendations. Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of materials (e.g., quartz, granite, tile). Provide quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales professionally. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Process payments and orders using our POS system. Stay informed on new products, materials, and trends in the remodeling industry. Maintain the showroom organized, clean, and visually attractive. Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales goals. Provide excellent post-sale customer support. ✅ Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in conducting product demos and explaining design solutions. Basic math skills for quotes and transactions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Experience with POS systems is a plus (training provided). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage!
