LLC, a Growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with Truss sales experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform building material take-offs. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Travels regularly throughout territory to call on regular and prospective customer to solicit orders or talk with customers by phone. Display or demonstrates product to customers Quote prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules Work with Sales Coordinator to keep account activities up to date Develop and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts Investigate and resolves customer problems with deliveries Attend trade shows Other duties as assigned by
Manager Essential Requirements:
Must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily Extensive experience in lumber, trusses, windows, doors, roofing, millwork and commercial hardware. Detail oriented Highly motivated, self-starter Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use a smart phone and have general computer skills Must have prior selling experience
