• Sales Execution Team is to serve as the primary contact for customers and policy owners and to support new financial representatives in their first 2 years by providing vital administrative assistance.

Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Operational Support for new financial representatives CRM administrative support (inputting and managing client records and activities) Maintain electronic client file documentation. Creating prospecting/marketing lists Process, or collaborate with others to complete risk product service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc. Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by the COO/MD Cross-train in other support roles Answer basic policy owner/policy benefit questions Act as administrative support for financial representatives/staff as needed

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, or related roles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
