Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Provide sales support by assisting customers through the purchasing process. Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and services effectively. Maintain an organized sales environment, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Demonstrate public speaking skills during product presentations or promotional events. Assist in managing dealership operations as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or a similar sales environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
