We ship truckloads and containers worldwide, including South America. We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Sales Representative to join our team! You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Follow up with customers regarding specials and discounts Answer phone calls and emails Sell products to customer over the phone or face to face Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Ability to build relations with clients Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Respectful and honest MUST be fluent in Spanish and English Job details will be discussed in details in the interview.
