We are seeking a driven and professional BMW Sales Consultant to join our team at BMW of Fort Lauderdale, part of the Holman Automotive Group. BMW of Fort Lauderdale is a premier destination for luxury automotive sales, and we’re looking for professionals who can uphold this standard. As a Sales Consultant, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of BMW vehicles in our showroom and on the road as well. Stay up to date on the latest BMW models, technology, and market trends. Assist customers in every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle. Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer. Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and adhere to brand and Holman standards. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service. What We’re Looking for: High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages with accuracy. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
