Business Development Associate Confidential Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, along with excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in customer relationship management software. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Create strategic plans for market penetration and expansion of services. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on achieving measurable results. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
