In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs. Duties Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and customer service. Engage in inside sales activities to promote our software solutions and services. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for achieving business development goals. Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits. Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Skills Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with technical sales concepts related to software products is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.
