- Miami area or Tampa areaARC Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives for our client in the Big Data sector.
This is a hybrid/remote role based in the Miami area or Tampa area.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in IT hardware and component sales, especially within enterprise-level organizations (>$1B annual revenue) and system integrators/white box builders (>$50M revenue). A successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of the IT ecosystem, including memory and storage solutions, and established relationships within the industry.

- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across North America
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote and sell a full portfolio of IT products and solutions, with a focus on memory and storage components
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals, quotas, and KPIs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT hardware/component or solution sales at the enterprise level
- Proven success working with value-added resellers (VARs), integrators, and distributors
- Strong experience selling OEM IT components (preferred vendors include: Apacer, Crucial, Dell, HPE, Kingston, Kioxia, Micron, Samsung, SK Hynix
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B IT services and infrastructure solutions
